classes become available to book 10 days in advance, or 2 weeks advance for monthly members. 

cancelation & waitlist

things happen, and we do our best to work with you when life throws a curveball. however, with extremely limited capacity, we all do better when our expectations are well known and consistently observed.

All classes require a 6-hour notice to cancel for credit. No shows, late arrivals, and last minute cancels result in a forfeit of the pass used to book. Doors lock when class begins.

Early bird classes (anything before 9am) must be canceled by 8pm the night before. 

​

If a spot opens at least one hour before class, the first person on the waitlist will receive an opt-in text with 10 minutes to claim the spot before it moves to the next person on the list. If the spot opens within an hour of class, the entire waitlist will be texted and the first to respond will be added/confirmed into class. 

​

To make this process as smooth as possible, please only join the waitlist if there is a high chance you'd opt in if a spot opens. You can always cancel your waitlisted position if you know you can no longer make it.

Challenge strength, coordination, and functional movement through varied, full-body sessions. Creative programming builds body awareness, agility, and confidence while keeping each class engaging and fresh.

Gentle, mobility-focused sessions aimed at improving range of motion, stability, and overall functional wellness. Particularly supportive for beginners, aging adults, and clients recovering from injury

we strive to make all of our classes accessible to most beginners

if it is your first time joining us, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for a brief introduction.

for an in depth orientation or to address more specific concerns, we recommend our introductory private and semi-private sessions.
