The fine print? You gotta be living here (full or part-time residents of Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango County) and you've got 30 days to use it. 

Monthly Memberships

Tried our intro special and now you're hooked? Memberships are auto-drafted monthly, so you can focus on rearranging your plans around your new favorite hour. With two levels, the more you come, the more you save. Members also get early access to booking and 20% off privates, merch, and yoga add-ons

The fine print? Memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior to billing cycle. Unused passes roll over month to month as long as membership is active, but may not be shared, or transferred. If membership is canceled, all rollovers and unused passes are forfeited. 

Class Packages

For when you know you'll be back but you're not sure when, our class packages come in two flavors: the set it and forget it auto-fill (replenishes when you use the last one) or the clean and classic one-time purchase.

The fine print? Classes must be used within 6 months and cannot be shared with friends. Auto-fill can be canceled at any time prior to refill. Note: Auto-Fill only fills when classes are used, not on a monthly basis.

offered as a standalone session or discounted packages, privates are an excellent option for those seeking individualize programing and focus. Discounts available for multiple sessions

semi-private

an exciting way to explore Pilates in your comfort zone, join with a friend or crew and maximize your accountability with one another. Discounts available for groups of six!

cancelation information

things happen, and we do our best to work with you when life throws a curveball. however, with extremely limited capacity, we all do better when our expectations are well known and consistently observed.  

Cancelation windows vary by class time 

  • Early Bird (Before 9am) and Weekend (Sat/Sun): cancel by 8pm the night before

  • All other classes: Cancel at least 6 hours in advance

  • Reservations are released at the start of class. If you are not present when class begins, your spot may be given to the next person.

If you're on the waitlist and a spot opens: 

  • More than 1 hour before class: the first person on the waitlist receives a text with 10 minutes to claim the spot. If they don't respond, it moves to the next person. 

  • Within 1 hour of class: everyone on the waitlist is texted at once, and the first to respond gets the spot.
