introductory specials
Available for new, local clients (full or part-time resident of Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango County). New clients may choose one of the following intro specials on their first visit only.
packages and memberships
Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment and automatically transition to month-to month with option to cancel in-app any time prior to billing cycle renewal, or by email 14 days advance notice. For all memberships, unused passes roll over month to month as long as membership is active, but may not be shared, or transferred. Add additional classes any time at discounted tier rate.

things happen, and we do our best to work with you when life throws a curveball. however, with extremely limited capacity, we all do better when our expectations are well known and consistently observed.
All classes require a 6-hour notice to cancel for credit. No shows, late arrivals, and last minute cancels result in a forfeit of the pass used to book. Doors lock 10 minutes into class.

Early bird classes (anything before 9am) must be canceled by 8pm the night before.
