Grip socks required
Grippy socks only! No plain socks, shoes, or bare feet please. Available for purchase at the studio.
Keep it simple
Avoid accessories that may not play nice with the equipment: claw clips, large jewelry, body lotion/oil, zippers of any kind- kindly remove before practice!
Unplug for the hour.
Phones and watches silenced and stored with your belongings. This is your time to drop in and create inner connection. While we love a social shout out to help us spread the good word, no recording during class is permitted. Please be mindful that others are not in photos or videos taken before/after class.
Attendance/Cancelation
Our space is extremely limited and cancelations/no shows really bum us out. Please plan to arrive early, our doors will lock as class begins. No shows and late cancels are nonrefundable.
Where to find us
We are located in the SOL Center Plaza on Dietz Street with Yoga People Oneonta. Enter the YPO door and head up the stairs into the yoga studio where we will be there to show you our new space!
** Our sign was recently vandalized, please look for Suite L with Yoga People Oneonta**

We are committed to working with each client individually whenever possible to explore modifications, accommodations, and class options that support a safe and positive experience.

Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to register. Clients 16 and older may attend with a legal guardian's permission. Clients under 16 may be accepted on a case by case basis after a private session with an adult.
Beginners Welcome!
As the first Reformer-focused studio in the area, we anticipate most of our community is new to the equipment! Pilates is a wonderfully scalable system, and our small group focus allows us to get to know you and your needs as an individual. We find that people progress quickly once the initial familiarity sets in, and then the real work of control, precision, and connection begins. All are welcome, don't be shy!
Are you Yoga People Oneonta?
No :) framework is a separate Pilates studio housed alongside Yoga People Oneonta, with shared ownership and a shared home base.

While many of our teachers are trained in both disciplines, framework and Yoga People each have their own distinct focus, programming, and atmosphere. We currently share a booking platform, lobby, bathrooms, and showers, making it easy for clients to move between both spaces.
Does my Yoga membership cover classes?
framework classes follow a different pricing format and are offered separately. The difference in cost reflects the intentionally limited class size, specialized equipment, and individualized nature of reformer training. With just six clients per class, instructors are able to build supportive small-group relationships and offer programming that evolves with your practice
