Kathleen Jones

Kathleen’s approach to Pilates is grounded in curiosity, accessibility, and long-term movement health. After beginning with mat Pilates, she fell in love with the reformer’s ability to adapt exercises for every body while still offering challenge and progression. She enjoys helping clients build body awareness, core control, and confidence through thoughtful movement, with an emphasis on spinal mobility, individualized support, and making Pilates feel approachable for beginners and experienced movers alike

Rachel Sason

Rachel is an Oneonta native that always felt that she was meant to teach. She currently teaches Yoga at YPO and homeschools her child.  Rachel is excited to add reformer Pilates to the mix because she recognizes it as an accessible lifelong exercise that can help people find success with movement.  When Rachel is not in a studio she loves digging in the garden, kayaking, reading, cooking and being with family and friends.  She has worked in numerous restaurants and enjoys the act of service; inviting people in, making them feel welcome and gathering around food and drink.

Katie Lossi

Katie loves that Pilates can be challenging, adaptable, and fun all at once. Her classes focus on building confidence on the equipment, laughing through the learning curve, and empowering clients to find what works for their body day after day. Expect a mix of strength, good music, and the occasional shaky core. Most of all, Katie wants clients to keep showing up, try something new, and leave with a little more confidence than they came in with.
